What is a Featured listing?

A Featured listing includes all the features of our Standard listing, plus more. When you purchase a Featured listing, you can double the views and potential inquires you receive.

All our New Mexico Vacation Rentals listings appear when a customer selects Vacation Rentals from our menu. When you purchase a Featured Listing, your property image, title, and a link to your property's detail page, will appear in a random selection, on the New Mexico Vacation Rentals home page. With a Featured listing, your property will also appear when a customer selects Featured Rentals from our menu. A thumbnail photo, description and link will display on our Featured Listings page. Increasing the views of your property, translates into increased revenue.

• Featured Annual listing fee $245 (Standard Annual listing fee $199, plus $46)
• 400 px image, title and link displayed on home page, random selection
• thumbnail photo, description and link, on Featured Listings page
• Additional Featured Vacation Rental Property listing $145

If you want to list more than one Featured Vacation Rental Property, the first property is $245 annually, and any additional featured properties are $145 each annually ($99 Standard additional property + $46).
